We don't have dogcatchers in Pocatello. We have Animal Control Officers. They are highly trained, highly educated, dogcatchers, ratcatchers, catcatchers, pythoncatchers, cougarcatchers, skunkcatchers, crabcatchers, and hellcatchers.
