I have two research projects I'd like to get funded:

1. "Money can't buy happiness." You fund me with about 15 million tax-free dollars and I'll write you a report in ten years or so.

2. "There are no atheists in foxholes." You go out and take a poll and report your findings to me. NB: For better validity the foxhole should be under active attack at the time the survey is taken.
