Well, I got a huge pile of papers off my desk and in the mail to the hospital to prove to them we don't have oodles of money and they should be a little forgiving in their pursuit of bigger payments from us! I was going to send a note that my first-born wouldn't fit in the envelope but I decided I should be nice.:-)

Nothing else done, really. I did get a new electric dehydrator and did some tomatoes in a trial run, yesterday. Worked a treat, though I can see it would take several days of filling the trays to get enough for the winter, so I may be very busy over the next couple of weeks. They tasted delicious! I may even buy three more trays as it is expandable.
