This morning I've gone through my eBay room to find things that were previously listed but didn't sell. Those add up after a while.

I've relisted a couple that were still in the "unsold" page at eBay and tweaked an ad for one I listed last spring (a porcelain serving bowl). Recently I've raised prices and listed them with free shipping. It's bizarre, I'll get the same amount for the sale after shipping, and the listing price is higher, but people go for it. So this dish that was listed close to what the china replacement companies charge the first time is now several dollars under their price and with the conspicuous "free shipping" orange thing on the auction photo.

I separated the potted "ornamental" chard (several colors) and planted it yesterday, and today I'll go add a couple of rows of onions and carrots in that side garden. I have broccoli to start from seed also and I think I'll pull out the last of the cantaloupe, shovel in more compost, and put the broccoli in that general area. I expect the eggplant to last until the first frost and I'm nurturing it still. (Yesterday our village mayor walked past and I asked if they like eggplant and they do, so right there I poked around the shrubs and cut two beautiful 12oz fruits and handed them over. He was so impressed at the shiny beauty of the fresh fruit, and said they'd probably eat it that evening. I don't think this constitutes a bribe!)
