How many of the ticket holders do you reckon were also Mudcatters? Is this likely to be a sizeable response? Have you considered other ways of reaching disgruntled ticketholders?

I think it's a rotten way for any festival organiser to deal with their customers and a poor recommendation for any future events - but just onder how many people will see this, with due respect to the mudcat
