you may very well be right. The story David told was where it came from.He told about a Hawaiian restaurant in South Downey that use to have an all-you-can eat luau every Friday night.The place was entiely plastic.The hula girls wore plastic grass skirts and leis and there were plastic volcanoes that spewed fake lava at regular intervals.
He had a friend(Frizz ?) who would ingest copious amounts of acid and go there and eat until he had to go to his car and puke. Then he would go back in and eat more.The way David told it had all of us laughing hysterically while he signed the torch.
