Going to call the dehydrator people today and see if they have any I can see. If they stock them I could perhaps take one with me (bending the credit card again!). T'would come in handy as I have my one fair this year in 3 weeks, and I had wanted to try and make some tree ornaments - sort of geriatric fairy/angel heads! I tried one lot in the airing cupboard, but the hot water tank is so well insulated that it doesn't get warm enough. I've always used my oven before, but it turns them darker than I would like.
It would also come in handy for some salt dough projects where you add bits into it which would be damaged by too much heat, and it would be faster than a warm windowsill!

It's grey (but breezy) today, and my bedding is in the wash. Now if I can just get it out and dry before the forecast rain arrives....
