The best gift I ever gave was my 1963 Guild F-30 to my son Greg. He needed a bit of up lifting at the time. I had a Martin guitar as well, and the Guild stays with the family. He got the better of the deal obviously as the Martin will never be as old or as good as a Guild. But I still play the F-30 every day and Greg is now twice the guitarista that I am.

But then he has all his fingers and two good ears.
