First batch of heads out of the machine. I dipped them in lemon juice and water, and they have stayed pale. Only being the five shelf model, I can only get one tray of them in. However, as they go down, I should be able to get more in. as it is, I can get 16 or 20 on a tray, so at my rate of usage I will have ample with a couple of trays' worth.
