I seem to recall the verse of a bawdy song being sung by some "yahoos" at sporting event dinner I was invited to attend. The essence of the tale was about a certain person from the capital of Balkan country, in his early years, who came upon the corpse of a lady of easy virtue in a fissure in the country. It would appear he had his way with this unfortunate woman and when asked how he plucked up the courage to do such a thing he considered it a very economical way of satifying his lust. I believe from a vague memory it started something like this.
"There was a young man from Belgrade----"
