I just vented on the accountability thread about my fruitless day.

Had to call the shredder vac company (Black & Decker) about the problem of the shredder bag not coming off and consequently tearing from being in the way. The person said I would get a new bag, but the bag is not SUPPOSED to come off once you screw it on. You are supposed to dump the shreds into a barrow or bucket and not take the bag off. So how am I supposed to get a new bag ON??? She hung up.
