My father had this record (in 45rpm) in the 1950s. The lyrics differed slightly from those I've seen posted here i.e. "For the Beeches have a waiter that the Bassett girls see later, Beeches assets keep the Bassets on the mend."

I too would really like to find either the lyrics or a tape of these two songs.
