For a different perspective, there is an interesting "fact" sheet, at www.plannedparenthood.org.

I know each site is biased, but they do have some cited figures which include the fact that 1.5 percent of all abortions in the US are D&X, which if I understand it right, is the medical term for PBA. They also list some of the reasons why the decision to terminate may come so late.
