Having ploughed through some of the very long and contentious UK music threads, I can understand a little bit of what TB is talking about, too. There are some cultural differences, even among UKers, which can be a bit difficult to sort out, at times, and there seems to be more of "taking the piss" and I don't mean that in a US way.:-) I think with the land mass being more compact, too, the UKers seem to know one another and each others' music better than the rest of us. I confess, the whole UK scene seems pretty *incestuous* to me, sometimes!**bg**
