Art, if Max manages to make the whole thing self financing, which it would appear is his aim. We could still raise money for good cause, like we have for members who have special needs, like losing their house and contents in a fire, as has happened.
It could give grants to help talented kids buy instruments, or pay their fare to musical events, like summer schools.
There is unlimited scope for doing good, in a Folk Music orientated way.
