I've been trying to get set up to digitize a lot of my slides, and I bought a scanner on eBay last spring. It doesn't work and I sent it out for repair. The news from Sony is not good--they can't repair it. The good news is that I bought a warranty, so I have to send in the paperwork.

Publishing stuff at work is moving forward, I'm gradually getting caught up. This is very good news.

I have items ending today on eBay and more things to list, but I'll use the timed listing feature and set them so they start in a day or two. Anything listed today ends on Thanksgiving and I'm sure won't get the attention I want, so I'll let it run during the week and end when people turn to the computer to shop.

The weather forecast makes it sound like tomorrow is the end of the veggie gardening down here, so I'll trim back the eggplants (I'll leave roots and see what comes back next spring). Time to pull out the faucet covers, they'll be needed soon. Also time to get more hay for the dogs and winterize their stall. They really have the best of both worlds--they come and go at will in the yard or in their stall, and they have a cosy area with dog houses and hay under a tarp to help keep in heat inside the garage door.
