It's nice to have a holiday that is basically feel good, give thanks and eat to satiation.
Sure, it's a thanksgiving combined with a harvest festival (a little late, actually) but what it really comes down to is having a feast with friends. We've shared our feast with a friend -- and done a bunch o' singing as well.
Great fun.
Tomorrow, however, will be another world entirely. Alas, I'm now working retail and I'll be at the MALL (of all places) on Black Friday. Ah, well...it's a new experience. (Not necessarily a good one.)
