It's "kiddley divey too, wooden shoe,"

and
"squiddley doyster stew, wooden shoe,"

etc.

I.e., the words in the main body of each verse are all nonsense (like "mairzy doats") or at least mondegreens (like "wooden shoe" or "oyster stew").
