Even thinking of buying a horse, cattle, or any livestock is stupid. It takes more land to support them. An acre of land is not much(unless you grew up in a city, and do not understand). If you have the funds, labor should be cheaper, if you want to build on it. An extra room, to rent, a studio, for the more dedicated...or just give yourself a little more room from your neighbors, a grow dome, are just a few ideas. You didn't specify, if you wanted it to generate income, or not..or just give you a little more room, than a lot. Oh well, good luck!
