But tell us more about the acre.   All we know is "a field" and "about an acre" and within bicycle range for you. Since we don't know what kind of area you are in, that last is very little help.

Wooded? Bare? Hilly? soggy? Rocky? Brushy? Flat? A view? A stream nearby?   What, if anything, is on the surrounding properties?
