As to migraines, the condition is believed to be triggered by an activity in the brain that only temporarily cause the blood vessels (in the brain) to narrow (constrict) they then expand and inflame. Many of the medications (triptans) are sedigned to constrict blood vessels again, relieving some of the associated conditions (as to hands, numbness or tingling on one hand, commonly the right one). I do not recall reading of any associated temperature change, or feeling.
