I have a distinguished relative who shall remain unnamed, who recently made a documentary about journalists in war zones and the risks they face.

He went to Zimbabwe and Gaza amongst other places.

He said that the risk to a journlist in Gaza from the Israelis was far and away the most extreme of all the places he visited.

And it so happenned that while they were there reporting on it, two of their guys were killed, and he blamed the Israelis for their deaths.

He told me that in the documentary they had to tone down this aspect of the story or Al- Jazeera, who are afraid of being cast as anti Israeli, would refuse to show it.

We are not talking about film students looking for kudos here, but seasoned British News journalists of over 30 years experience.
