colita - the word is a diminuitive of 'cola' meaning tail, ie, little tail, referring to the bud of seeds found on the mature female plant.

sin semilla: sin = without, semilla = seed, ie without seed, referring to female plants that have been allowed to grow to the point of flowering and then being harvested before becoming pollenated and going to seed thereby gaining greater THC potency.
