Unless your mother is a doctor go see one. If you don't know whom to see, start with your family doctor. S/he'll get you to the right one if needs be.
My wife had Reynaud's in only one finger, so quantity doesn't count. Reynaud's is often associated with Lupus...it is nothing to ignore.
