We have a big problem up here especially during the summer with cyclists who seem to think because the have come to an islad they can do whatever they like , wear dark clothing no reflective or flourescents unlit bikes and cycling 3 or four abreast or weaving all over the road because it seemed like a good idea to hire a bike even though the daft blighters probably havent been near wan since they were weans.
