Depends what you want from life... does Valentines day really mean anything to you... do you have to think of 14th Feb as anything more than just another day or do you want someone in your life?????
I live alone and don't feel lonely apart from the odd evening when I am sitting perhaps on my own and thinking it would be nice to have someone........ There are benefits to being on ones own.... there are benefits to being in a relationship.... all a matter of choice. To me Valentines day is just another day although I do admit to getting Valentine cards each year....well at least one anyway...sometimes more.
