I've had enough, and intend to take legal action via: Moneyclaim.gov

Can anyone advise me as to who I am actually claiming against?
Is it the seemingly defunct Events Office, or the lovely Mr.Boake?

Can anyone who has actually been refunded supply me with the details of where exactly the refund came from?
