I wonder if there are live people there to deal with email enquiries? They must get thousands. Probably some poorly paid little middle aged woman who is off sick indefinitely. And she does it for the entire BBC.

I am having the same issue regards getting a personal contact for BBC TV 1 Who Do you Think You Are programme. I do stats for the Essex Record Office and I want to compare viewer ratings with Record Office usage. The only contact info is useless email.
