It's so nice to discover their is NO BIAS in the Iraqi press, just as there is NO BIAS in the US mainstream media, So much for journalism and the quest for truth.

Just showing someone the bottom of your shoe in Iraq is enough of an insult to provoke fisticuffs or worse. To throw your shoe at someone is the ultimate display of contempt.

For anyone, let alone a member of the press to insult any foreign dignitary would be considered a crime in most countries. The people of Iraq were embarrassed by this man's behavior. And as for the president, whether you like him or not he represents YOU. By extension you too were insulted.
