Wow!! We just got back from a neat trip high into the mountains north of here, on long windy roads up into high desert and rolling green hills and into the pine forests, then down the other side zigging and zagging to the desert floor and into Palm Desert where we had a nice lunch with an English artist. Then we came home.

Meanwhile Mom has been hitting the absinthe and sinking slowly...
