When you say "and the dope the witchdoctors push is IMO a dangerous mask" - I presume you mean that you don't believe that anti-depressant drugs are the answer. I have to disagree there - they have saved my life enough times.

I'll have to stick to singing to myself for the moment, as leaving the house once a day is about all I can manage at the moment.
