So many books...so little time. I slogged through Josephus, surprized myself and read Frazer's The Golden Bough probably 20 years back but it was one that I thought I would probably never read. I've read Moby Dick twice now and really got a lot more out of it the second time through. I can't really think of any, off-hand, that are prominent on my "to read" list right now.
