very sad news indeed. Malcolm was generous with his time and his knowledge. Even though ill, he took time to send me information for the latest issue of English Dance & Song and I was honoured to contribute a piece about Frank Purslowe to Malcolm's new edition of Marrow Bones. he will be very sorely missed.
