Joe, you might want to check your first link. It leads to one posting only from 1999 and from just a "Malcolm." Not sure if that was him or not.
Hmmmm. It shoulda worked - I checked it just now and it looked ok, but didn't work for me, either. I put his name as Malcolm+Douglas, and now it will work for sure. Thanks for catching that.
