I'd feel the same as Susan about changing a Mudcatter's Mudcat name. But the concept for a Mudcatter Memorial PermaThread sounds quite good to me if we leave the decision on who to include solely to the person responsible. I like even better the idea of a PermaThread for making bodies of particularly scholarly or informative contributions of individual Mudcatters easier to find, regardless of whether or not they are still with us. If Rowan or anybody else would be prepared to take on the task I for one would be grateful to them.
