Hi Max, I find it surprizing when folks haven't heard of Mudcat. You've united folkies around the globe.

I wonder how many other regular 'catters start conversations "I read on Mudcat the other day" and it can be about simply anything. ANYTHING. This is a way-diverse group of folks who think. People around us know about it even if they haven't visited. It has a good reputation. In fact,

Mudcat is a National Treasure

Really.

I'm glad you've landed someplace that has so much of what you're looking for. If, when you're not singing, drinking beer, or broadcasting, if you decide to go out for a ride in the country you'll find that the area is lovely. Have a good map, some of those roads are quite twisty and not necessarily logical, but taking the family out for a little exploration and a picnic will be a treat in that part of the state.

Congratulations on not only surviving the move, but thriving in the process!
