Trader Joe's sells sublingual B-12 for a very reasonable price.   I use it all the time when I've had more'n one beer or one glass of wine in a day (which has been known to happen).

As for the shots, DK if I could get Kaiser to prescribe 'em for me, but they sound like a great idea.
