I'm with John on this one...

The entire college athletics is corrupt as it can be...

I say, just quit the wink, wink stuff that goes on and pay the kids to play over the table rather than under the table...

Face it, most of these kids ain't exactly college amterial and are there for one reason... 'Cause they can play ball... Pick a ball. Don't much matter...

Just pay 'um and quit all the BS lies about how things really work...

I mean, you got these kids drivin' around in $50K cars... Where'd they get them??? Working at the college bookstore for 7 bucks an hour???

The worst part about the current corrupt system is that some schools are better off financially and can buy the best players... NC has always been able to buy the very best high school kids...

I think that colleges should have salary caps for their players... That way my alma matta, VCU, would have the same amount of money allowed to pay its players as NC or UCon... Then kids would go where they wanted to go...

I mean, the playin' field has been tilted toward about 20 Division 1 schools going back decades...

Time to clean it up...
