I may have to ask someone to change the title of this thread.
Just got off the phone with Tony van Veen, CEO of Disk Makers. He did go out of his way to contact me by email and phone, several times in fact before we actually caught up with each other and spoke. One of his staff is going to find the artwork and master to process my order, and he has promised to make it worth my while.
I am totally impressed with a few things about this whole story. One, that Tony is personally following up on this issue to make sure this customer is satisfied. Two, that Mudcat has provided the forum for this communication and result to take place. Three, that I can drop the name Tony van Veen!
