And one of those guys from backstage said, "I bet you didn't expect that did you? No, you didn't." Why not? Why wouldn't I expect her to sing like that? What reason would there be for me to make that assumption?

For those who were wondering how she learned to sing like that, I heard her say in an interview that she has been singing since she was 13, and she has received professional training.
