What about the 1970s culture fest from Down Under - "The Adventures of Barry McKenzie"? Out on DVD I believe.

Sample dialogue from Bazza - "Now listen mate, I need to splash the boots. You know, strain the potatoes. Water the horses. You know, go where the big knobs hang out. Shake hands with the wife's best friend? Drain the dragon? Siphon the python? Ring the rattlesnake? You know, unbutton the mutton? Like, point Percy at the porcelain?"

Featuring Barry Humphries, Barry Crocker (the voice of the old "Neighbours" sig tune), Spike Milligan, Peter Cook, Clive James with hair, and Julie Covington!

Back in another life, this gent from the Northern Territory I used to work with strongly recommended the film. Mind, he used to kip at work on a sheet of bubble wrap as an alternative to upsetting his landlady by breaking his door down after Foster's benders, so I was a bit doubtful. Anyway, a bunch off us went to the fleapit in Wembley and had one of the most hilarious evenings of our lives. All the Brits in the circle cracked up at the crude Aussies onscreen, all the Aussies in the stalls p*ssed themselves at the effete Pommie bastards.

From memory, the follow up, "Barry McKenzie Holds His Own" is pretty bad, but does feature Aussie PM Gough Whitlam in a scene with Bazza's Auntie Edna (Everage). And there is a scene involving a FrogAir airliner with "Defense de Petomaner" signs in the economy class.
