I have not fallen into the pit of despair (so far).   I can still come into this thread and hope with all the other good folk.
I am feeling relatively strong which is unusual and makes me feel a bit guilty. I suppose I should be doing week long weeping as I have done every year until this one.

I truly think Mudcat helps me focus less on my own sadness. Max should bottle this stuff. He could make a fortune, as it is a very addictive tonic.
