Curmudgeon and I are mayonnaise abusers, but, fortunately, there are support groups. (Such as this thread...)

Mayo on hotdogs is GREAT (steamed dogs, also served with pepper relish along with the mayo, a la "Flo's" of Maine).

Mix mayo with a dollop of Pommery mustard and spread (1/8 inch thick) on top of a white-fleshed fish filet (haddock, cod) and put under the broiler until the top (of the mayo) browns slightly. Lovely!

Mayo on burgers, mayo on fries...sometimes mix mayo with a dash of tabasco for the fries.
