My brother-in-law donates as often as they allow. He has something special about his plasma (my sister tells me but I'm not sure what's she's talking about) that makes his blood a very rare donation. He didn't know about this until I needed blood for my 1st transplant. So he's been donating staedly for the past 9yrs. They gave him some kind of appreaction award.
