Peter Mix used to be one of the leading lights in the much-lamented Rigel mandolin maker, and I've played one of these new carbon fibre mandolins...you think the Rainsongs are good! Peter has produced a truly exceptional mandolin by any standards. The design and development was overseen by Will Kimble, who is fast becoming a superstar luthier. not cheap, but a comparable 'traditional' wooden mandolin is much more expensive.
