One of the interesting sounds I discovered moving to Beverley is listening to two towers ringing at the same time (St Mary's and the Minster). Our house is positioned so that the volume from the two is about the same (depending on the wind) and the effect somewhat takes away from the beauty of bellringing.

I used to ring but since I moved I never really got back into it. Shame, but always leaves me something to get back to at a later date.
