Hopefully I'll be able to get back with the yoga later this week - although there isn't a lot of later left now... the pulled muscle got a tremendous workout at choir practice last night and is sore again this morning. We were auditioning new accompanists, so we did an awful lot of work... boy am I feeling it today!
