I think it would be charming, however, to one day learn that a folksinging neighbor of hers in Blackburn prints out the thread of suggestions and says "Susan! Look here--lots of good suggestions!" and it goes from there. Not likely, but at the same time, our threads here at least have context and sometimes content, while the remarks on YouTube are throw-away space for folks who are often barely literate.

Lots of threads are spoiled the way you say, Hawk, and lots of folks can't take hints. It's a matter of how many ways you can hint, cajole, and insult before you move to the bludgeon. :-)
