If you want to take it out on an automated system followed by an obtuse low-ranking telephone center employee I could give you my electric company information and let you go for it. I've paid my bill three times for May, finally got it to stick. Diligence is not rewarded--they want to penalize me for their faulty system.

The main trouble with taking it out on folks like this is that it isn't their fault and it will just raise your blood pressure. ;-)
