Just ducked back home to eat lunch before running other errands. Should have done that BEFORE I went to Flag Hill Winery in Lee (one town over) for my birthday 25% off one item and free wineglass. Tom and I tasted our way through several wines, their port and vodka, as well as a dessert wine and a liqeur.
Really loved the Niagara and the Niagara Reserve (aged in oak) from grapes very close to our native grapes.
And their vodka has much more personality than the usual American vodkas. I'm looking forward to their brandy when it's available.
